Your profile
Change your name, avatar, email address and language, or delete your account.
Your profile belongs to your account, not to an organization. Change it once and every workspace you belong to shows the new information.
Open the avatar menu at the top right and choose Account settings, then Profile.
Name
Your name appears next to everything you create: comments, briefs, audit runs and the member list. Changing it updates past items too, since they reference your account rather than a copy of the name.
Avatar
Upload a square image, PNG or JPEG, up to 2 MB. It is cropped to a circle in the interface, so keep the subject centered. Choose Remove to fall back to the initials placeholder.
Uploaded images are stored privately and served through short lived signed links, so an avatar URL copied from the page stops working after a while. This is expected.
Email address
Changing your email is a two step operation.
Until you click that link, the old address stays active and keeps receiving your notifications. A notice on the profile page reminds you that a change is pending, and lets you cancel it or send the link again.
Social logins
If you signed up with Google or GitHub, your email is tied to that provider. Set a password first from Security, otherwise changing the address would leave you without a way to log in.
Language
AidenSEO is available in English and French. The selector under Preferences changes the interface, the date formats and the language of the emails we send you. It does not change the language of your content or of the assistant's answers, which follow the language you write in.
Delete your account
At the bottom of the profile page, Delete account removes your account, your personal data and your memberships. Type your email address to confirm.
Before deleting, handle the organizations you own:
- transfer ownership to someone else, or
- delete the organization if it is no longer needed.
Deleting is not possible while you are the last owner of an organization, since that would leave a paying workspace without an administrator. Work you created inside organizations you do not own stays there, attributed to a deleted user.
