How subscriptions work in AidenSEO, who can change them, and where to find your documents.
Billing is handled per organization. One organization holds one subscription, one payment method and one invoice history, and only owners can change any of them.

The trial
Every new organization starts with a 14 day trial of the Pro plan. No card is required to start it. Seven days before the end, and again on the last day, the owners receive an email.
When the trial ends without a subscription, the organization moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: projects above the Free limits become read only until you subscribe or reduce their number.
Where to find billing
Open Settings, then Billing, inside the organization. The page shows the current plan, the renewal date, the payment method on file, and a button that opens the billing portal for everything else.
Only owners see the controls
Admins and members can see which plan the organization is on, so they understand the limits they hit, but the buttons that change money are reserved to owners.
What happens on renewal day
- The card on file is charged for the next period.
- An invoice is generated and emailed to the billing email address.
- Usage counters that reset monthly, such as assistant messages, go back to zero.
If the payment fails, we retry three times over the following week and email the owners each time. The organization keeps working during that window. After the last failed attempt the subscription is cancelled and the organization moves to Free.
Taxes
VAT is added where required, based on the billing country you set in the portal. Business customers in the European Union can enter a valid VAT number to be charged under the reverse charge mechanism. See Invoices and receipts.
