Invite your team
Send invitations, understand the owner, admin and member roles, and manage access over time.
Members are invited by email from the organization settings. Each invitation carries a role, and that role decides what the person can do once they join.
Send an invitation
Choose Invite member, type the email address, and select a role. When in doubt, pick member: roles can be raised later in one click.
They accept the invitation. If they already have an AidenSEO account, the organization simply appears in their switcher. If they do not, they create an account first and land in your workspace right after verifying their email.
Pending invitations are listed above the member list with their expiry date. You can resend one, which issues a fresh link, or revoke it, which makes the existing link stop working immediately.

Member is the working role. Members do the SEO work: they open projects, run audits, use the assistant and export results. They see the member list but cannot change it.
Admin adds team management. Admins invite, remove and promote people up to the admin level. They cannot touch billing, which keeps financial access narrow without slowing day to day operations.
Owner adds billing and destructive actions: changing plan, updating the card, cancelling, renaming and deleting the organization.
Keep at least two owners
An organization must always have one owner. Naming a second owner means you are not locked out if the first one is unavailable, and it lets either of them answer a payment issue.
Change a role
On the member row, open the role menu and pick the new role. The change applies on the member's next request, so ask them to refresh if they have the app open.
An admin cannot change the role of an owner, and cannot promote anyone to owner. Only an owner can create another owner.
Remove a member
Choose Remove on the member row. Access ends immediately and their sessions for that organization stop working. Their work stays in the organization: projects, briefs and comments keep their author name, nothing is deleted.
Removing a member does not delete their AidenSEO account, and does not change your subscription. If your plan is billed per seat, free the seat by removing the member before the next renewal.
Transfer ownership
An owner opens the member row of the person to promote and chooses Transfer ownership. The other person becomes owner, and you become admin unless you pick another role. Do this before leaving an organization you created.
