Setting up AidenSEO takes about ten minutes. You create an account, verify your email, create an organization, then invite the people who will work with you.
Create your account
Sign up with email or a social provider, then verify your address.
Organizations
Understand the shared workspace that holds projects, members and billing.
Invite your team
Send invitations and choose between owner, admin and member.
What you need before you start
- A work email address you can read within the next few minutes. The verification link expires after 24 hours.
- The name you want your organization to carry. It appears in invitations, in exports and on invoices, so use the legal or commercial name of the business.
- The email addresses of the people you want to invite. You can always invite them later.
The order that works best
Create your account
Sign up, verify your email, and set a password you do not reuse anywhere else. See Create your account.
Create an organization
Onboarding asks for an organization name right after your first login. This is the workspace everything else lives in. See Organizations.
Invite your team
Add members before you build anything substantial, so history and comments are shared from the start. See Invite your team.
Choose a plan
Your trial gives you the full product. Pick a plan before it ends to keep your projects active. See Plans and pricing.
Do not create one organization per project
Organizations are billing and permission boundaries, not folders. Projects live inside an organization. Creating several organizations for the same company means several subscriptions and duplicated member lists.
