Organizations

Create the shared workspace that holds your projects, your members and your subscription.

An organization is the container for everything your team does in AidenSEO: projects, saved audits, content briefs, member list and one subscription. Nothing crosses the boundary between two organizations.

Create your first organization

Right after your first login, onboarding asks for an organization name. Type the name of the business, not the name of a project, then confirm.

We derive a URL slug from that name, for example "Northwind Coffee" becomes northwind-coffee. The slug appears in links you share with your team, so picking a stable name now avoids broken bookmarks later.

Enter the organization name. Use the commercial or legal name, since it appears on invoices.

Optionally upload a logo. A square image of at least 256 by 256 pixels looks best in the switcher and in invitation emails.

Confirm. You become the owner of the organization automatically.

Create more organizations later

Open the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar and choose Create organization. Agencies commonly create one organization per client so that access, history and billing stay separated.

Each organization is billed separately

A new organization starts with its own trial and needs its own subscription. Adding a second organization does not extend the plan you already pay for.

Switch between organizations

The switcher lists every organization you belong to. Selecting one reloads the workspace with its projects and its member list. Your personal account settings, such as your name and notification preferences, follow you everywhere.

Go to Settings, then General, inside the organization. Owners and admins can change the display name and the logo at any time. Renaming does not change the slug, so existing links keep working.

Leave or delete an organization

  • Leave. Open Settings, then Members, and choose Leave organization on your own row. You lose access immediately. An owner cannot leave while being the last owner.
  • Delete. Only an owner can delete an organization, from Settings, then General. Deleting cancels the subscription at the end of the current period and removes every project after a 30 day grace period. Type the organization name to confirm, because the action cannot be undone from the interface.
